Falcon Heavy on pad
The first SpaceX Falcon Heavy at Launch Complex 39A at the Kennedy Space Center Dec. 28 for fit checks in advance of a launch now planned for the end of January.

SpaceX is now planning to attempt the first launch of its Falcon Heavy rocket around the end of this month, the company’s chief executive said Jan. 4.
