Northrop Grumman Information Systems and its teammate, Boeing Defense, Space and Security, submitted a bid March 11 to develop a comprehensive modeling and simulation architecture for the U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA), according to a March 11 Northrop Grumman press release.
