Satellite ground system provider GMV of Spain said Feb. 17 it received a $1 million to $1.5 million contract from Palo Alto, Calif.-based Space Systems/Loral to provide the flight dynamics system and payload transponder management system for the Thor 7 satellite Loral is building Telenor Satellite Broadcasting of Norway.
