Republican U.S. presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, in a Jan. 25 speech to hundreds of supporters on Florida’s Space Coast, shared what he unapologetically called a “grandiose” vision for the nation’s space program that would include establishing a lunar colony by 2020, Florida Today reported.
