Exos crash
A dust cloud rises from the impact site of Exos Aerospace's SARGE rocket, which crashed minutes after liftoff Oct. 26 from Spaceport America in New Mexico.

Exos Aerospace said the failed launch of a reusable suborbital sounding rocket last month was caused by a structural failure of the rocket shortly after liftoff.
