PARIS — Satellite payload components builder Com Dev of Canada on Oct. 20 said it has won two contracts with a combined value of more than $12 million to provide electronics gear for a telecommunications satellite that Com Dev did not name but that appears to be the Intelsat IS-27 under construction by Boeing.
