Sutherland spaceport
The new British launch regulations would support commercial launches from the country, such as the proposed launch site near Sutherland in northern Scotland, which won approval from a local government agency in June.

The British government expects to soon release a comprehensive set of regulations that will enable companies to perform commercial launches from spaceports in the country.
