Programs like NASA’s Technology Transfer and Commercial Orbital Transportation Services (COTS) showcase the agency’s power to transform innovations into economic benefits and foster a thriving commercial space industry. But to fully realize this potential, NASA needs leaders with hands-on expertise in rapidly evolving fields, capable of steering the agency toward transformative, forward-looking projects.
